仪表工程师Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer

职位描述：

1、与澳大利亚首席研发工程师紧密合作，负责中国ISC项目的交付工作；

2、负责项目后期阶段项目现场电气和仪表规范的设计和实施

3、负责项目管理和工作流程严格按照项目规范执行

4、对项目进行质量管控，保证项目质量

5、确保所有工作按照批准的图纸和规范进行

6、确保现场施工具备足够的安全预防措施

7、解决所有现场问题，确保项目按时完成

8、参加现场会议，现场检查，测试和调试，以及其他相关会议

9、做好准确的的现场记录

优势技能和经验

1、具备电气和仪表设计、项目实施和运营支持的经验

2、具备以下经验:

　过程仪表, Supcon中控，有JX300-XP系统经验

　plc / SCADA / DCS / SIS

　煤化工、石化或油气行业

3、具有以上系统和行业的设计、实施和运营经验

4、能够阅读、修改和绘制带有操作、控制原理的过程和仪器图

5、项目管理/协调经验

6、采购和施工管理

7、良好的沟通、组织、分析能力和职业道德

8、能够接受新的想法和被委任新的职责

9、遵守公司的项目交付计划，能适应在项目现场合理加班

10、良好的数据管理和计算机能力

任职资格及要求:

1、电气或电子工程本科或以上学历

2、具备较强的英语读写能力，能独立翻译专业技术英语信息者优先考虑

3、3年以上电气和仪表工程岗位的系统和设备安装、仪表和控制系统的工作经验

4、熟练使用Microsoft Word和Excel

Job Description:

·　　 Work closely with Australian and Chinese E&I Engineers to deliver an ISC project in China

·　　 Be involved in the later stages of design and implement the provided Electrical and Instrumentation specifications at the project site

·　　 Perform project management and execution duties for the engineering discipline

·　　 Perform Quality Assurance and Quality Control for the project

·　　 Ensure all works are carried out in accordance to approve drawings and specifications

·　　 Ensure adequate safety precautions are enforced on site

·　　 Resolve all site issues and ensure timely completion of the project

·　　 Attend site meetings, site inspections, testing and commissioning, and any other meetings as required

·　　 Maintain proper site records

Advantageous Skills & Experience:

·　　 Experience in electrical and instrumentation design, project implementation and operations support

·　　 Have the following experience:

·　　 Process instrumentation

·　　 Electrical installation

·　　 PLC / SCADA / DCS / SIS

·　　 Coal chemical industry, petrochemical industry or oil and gas industry

·　　 Have experience in the design, implementation and operations of the above systems and industries

·　　 Project management / coordination experience

·　　 Construction management

·　　 Strong communication, organization, analytical skills and professional ethics

·　　 Highly active team members, able to accept new ideas and new responsibilities

·　　 Willing to adhere the company project delivery scheduling for being based on-site at the project location, with reasonable overtime

·　　 Good data management and computer literacy

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:

·　　 College or above in electric or electronic engineering

·　　 Strong English reading and writing skills, can independently translate professional technical English information

·　　 Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering position with system & equipment installation, instrumentation and control systems

·　　 Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
