Reliability Engineer 可靠性工程师

Purpose of the position

‐ Responsible for plants reliability accordance with LLHCN quality & safety strategies, corporate with operation team.

依照公司的质量和安全要求，配合运行支持团队及现场运行团队，确保装置的可靠性。

‐ Management of sites SAP PM/spare parts/TAR/Reliability audit/CBM/equipment conditions of LLNCN BG.

对LLH大宗运行现场的SAP PM、备件、TAR、可靠性审计、CBM、设备状态统一管理。

‐ Periodic review to the reliability management of sites, identifier improvement , organize the achievement plan, enhance sites reliability and implement reliability improvement activities from Linde group.

通过开展可靠性分析，定期回顾工厂的可靠性管理现状，识别改进机会，组织实施改进计划，系统性的提升工厂可靠性水平，包括执行集团的可靠性改进计划等

‐ Implement and supervise safety policy from LLHCN.

贯彻及监督现场执行公司的安全政策；

Principal responsibilities

‐ SAP PM management

‐ Communicate with RGC and implement the latest SAP PM standard from group.

负责同RGC相关团队沟通，及时传达集团最新的SAP PM标准；

‐ Responsible for all sites’ SAP PM system online and maintenance.

负责所有现场SAP PM的上线及日常维护工作；

‐ Periodic PM review and responsibility of new site PM online.

定期回顾PM合理性，配合LLH大宗现场新的PM上线；

‐ Assistance and training site of PM application corrected and on time as following group standard.

协助和指导现场正确和及时完成PM工单，以符合林德集团的标准

‐ Budge management

‐ Assist sites accordance with PM list and sites overhaul/CEV budget completion.

根据现场PM清单协助现场及完成大宗运行部门维修及CEV预算；

‐ Periodic review sites maintenance budget and Capex progress, assist and implement annual budget planning.

定期回顾现场维修预算和Capex的执行情况，协助现场及时正确的执行年度预算计划

‐ Spare parts management

‐ Periodic review sites spare parts, ensure safety inventory in each site.

定期回顾现场备件情况，确保各现场的安全库存。

Make safety inventory in each site accordance with BG critical spare parts list.

‐ 根据大宗运行部门关键备件清单，制定备件共享计划。

‐ Push forward the progress of spare parts localization accordance with MOC assessment.

通过MOC的评估，推广备件本地化。

‐ TAR management

‐ Assist operation team with APM/JSA/contingency plan on proposal making.

协助现场以及运行支持团队制定APM工作内容、JSA、应急预案等。

‐ Responsible for TA management of BG, also archive of record.

负责联华林德大宗运行部门所有TA的管理，包括TA工作内容的记录归档。

‐ Maintenance resource buildup and management for maintenance requirement from sites.

建立和管理现有的维修资源，以确保现场能及时得到所需的维修服务

‐ CoD management

- Assist with site & ROC on irregular plant trip  cause analysis.

配合现场及ROC对现场装置非常规停机的原因进行分析；

- Calculate and record sites unplanned shutdown cost on GlobalHistorian.

负责计算所有现场每次非计划性停机的COD，完善GlobalHistorian系统记录；

- Collection/management/analysis to all RCA from COD.

对所有COD事件的RCA报告进行收集、管理及分析；

- Implement the standard from group of reliability incident management, including event report/RCA/experience.

执行集团可靠性事件管理标准，包括事件报告，事件根因分析，经验教训管理等

‐ Reliability audit

‐ Responsible for make/manage/ the audit template, including PM/reliability audit.

负责制定、管理、更新审计模板，包括PM、可靠性审计；

‐ Follow and manage the conclusion of PM/reliability audit.

对PM、可靠性审计结果统一管理定期追踪；

‐ CBM management

‐ Collection of CBM test report each site, abnormal data feedback, organize the meeting for discussion.

收集汇总各现场CBM相应检测报告，反馈异常数据，并针对异常点召集讨论会议；

‐ Release group implemental and technology in LLN of latest CBM standard.

依照集团的标准，在LLH内部及时发布和更新CBM的有关执行和技术标准

‐ Equipment management

‐ Assist reliability team on management of all equipment information.

协助可靠性团队对所有设备信息的统一管理；

‐ Push sites forward equipment condition management(operation record/technology data/maintenance record).

推动现场设备的状态管理（台账、技术参数检修记录等）；

‐ Responsible specialist equipment document/technology document/maintenance record for following group standard.

确保各专业设备档案、资料、维修记录等符合集团档案管理规定要求

‐ Follow sites major process modification/MOC/Productivity project progress.

负责跟踪各工厂重大技改、工艺变更、生产力项目等实施完成情况。

‐ Response for sites & ROC SOP audit/revise/optimization on process.

协助现场及ROC完成装置操作方案的优化改进。

‐ Assist RCFA on plant trip/equipment fault/performance issue.

参与装置跳机、设备故障及低效运行时的根本性原因分析(RCFA)

Required qualifications/experience

‐ More than 5 year of work experience in the air separation industry or related industries

制冷行业或相关行业3年以上工作经验

‐ Excellent communication skills
