Sales Manager Adhesive & Coating, Guangzhou 职位描述Responsibilities- Consolidate market information on a monthly basis to update market trends, price analysis, competitor analysis, sales performance, customer calls, visit report, demand forecast, and new opportunity in new market and application development. - Contribute to meeting or exceeding the annual target in terms of sales volume and margin. - Create a market survey in each country by analyzing industry insights and relevant events in order to determine market trends, business direction, business opportunities, and product value propositions. - Analyze, screen potential business by forecasting profit and loss, volume and GM, analyzing customers’ requirements and financials, and evaluating options and channels. - Create and develop a key and potential account management strategy that includes key content such as customer organization, demand size, market share, and an opportunity list. - Engaging key and potential accounts on a regular basis to explore new opportunities, protect and increase market share, and support customers in resolving any issues. - Tracking key individual distributor contributions and distributor management for reaching expected achievements. - Effectively implement the company\'s policies, strategies, business direction, and action plan for distributors. - Integrating customer inquiries/requirements/issues and effectively organizing and cooperating with the support function to assist customers with such requests. - Manage distributors and key accounts in Coating/Paint/Ink in South China to focus and assign market segments (General Industry, Decorative, Industrial Wood, Infrastructure, Adhesive and coating in new energy market such as E-car and Solar Energy). Requirements & Qualifications - 3 – 5 years and above proven experience in Sales or Marketing, New Business Development, or related field. - Demonstrated experience in coating and adhesive market. - Working experience with sales techniques. - Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting. - Proven ability to plan and manage plus excavating business resources very well. - Strong ability to deliver presentations. - Can-do attitude and mind of never giving up. - Adapt to frequent business trips. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Good English proficiency - Good interpersonal and collaboration skills. - Proven ability in project management skills. - Good negotiation & persuasion skills. - Excellent business intelligence mindset and skills. - Good pricing management, value selling, stock management skills. - Bachelor\'s Degree in Business and/or Management, or related field in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering. |
