1: SHE part:  安全、健康&环保方面   Acompliance with local regulations and INEOS Styrolution SHE guidelines 遵守当地法规和英力士苯领的安全、健康&环保指导方针。 Organize and build safety operation procedure and safety production responsibility 组织建立安全操作规程和安全生产责任制。 Participate on regular safety training at site 定期参加现场安全培训。 Take responsibility for maintaining the asset and integrity of the protective system 负责维护保护系统的资产完整性。 Follow site procedures aligned with INEOS Group Guidance Notes (IGGNs). 遵循英力士集团指导说明与现场规程的一致性。 Accountable for: 工作职责 Following and practicing INEOS 20 principles of Behavior Safety and Process Safety at site through site rules and procedures 通过现场管理规定和程序，遵循和实践英力士20大行为安全守则和过程安全要求。 Following and practicing Life Saving Rules at site 遵循和实践现场救生规则。 Safety of other Employees, Contractors, Visitors and partners at site 确保现场其他员工、承包商、访客和合作伙伴的安全。 Following Permit to Work as per the site procedure 根据现场工作票许可程序进行作业。 Following Management of Change (MOC) as per the site procedure. 按照现场管理程序进行变更管理。 Stop work whenever there is an unsafe condition and immediately inform the Shift Leader and/or Head of Department. 一旦出现不安全的情况，立即停止工作，并立即通知领班和/或部门主管。 Make critical assessment of the assets responsible for this position, develop detailed maintenance standards and plans for key equipment and protection systems, conduct periodic maintenance, and fault cause analysis, and continuously improve the maintenance level of key facilities and protection systems 该岗位负责对资产进行关键性评估，制定详细的关键设备和保护系统维护标准和计划，定期 进行维护和进行故障原因分析，不断提高关键设施和保护系统的维护水平。 2:  Maintenance part 维修部分   In charge of daily maintenance work on site 负责现场日常维修工作。   Manage the maintenance contractors. 维修包商管理。 Manage the work permit working assignment. 工作票的分配管理。 Implement preventive maintenance plan and predictive maintenance plan timely and effectively. 及时有效地实施预防性维修计划和预测性维修计划。 Provide the strong technical support to maintenance activities 为维护工作提供强有力的技术支持。 Communicate with production department and SHE department to make sure the    maintenance work well. 与生产部门和安全部门沟通，确保维修工作的顺利进行。 Work closely with Process and Production Process Engineers as a team to optimize processes and equipment.  与工艺和生产工艺工程师紧密合作，优化工艺流程和设备。 Assist the manager to control the maintenance cost. 协助维修经理控制维修成本。 Participating in PHA(HAZOPs) at site as per procedure. 按照程序规定参与现场危险与可操作性分析。 Tracking action items from HAZOP to closure. 持续跟踪可操作性分析行动项直到关闭。 3: Small Project and MOC part: 小项目及技改方面：   In charge of the works related with Ningbo small project and MOC 负责宁波工厂小项目及技改相关工作。   Work with purchasing department on equipment technical requirement and selection 与采购部门一起制定设备的技术规范和选型要求。   Communicate with design institute and equipment suppliers 与设计院和设备供应商沟通交流。   The contractors site management 承包商现场管理。
