岗位职责： BASF is currently building a new Verbund site in Zhanjiang, Guangdong province. Announced in July 2018 and officially commenced in November 2019, BASF Guangdong Verbund site project would be BASF’s largest investment with up to US$10 billion upon completion and would be operated under the sole responsibility of BASF. The site would ultimately be the third-largest BASF site worldwide, and will be built into a role model for smart manufacturing and sustainable production by utilizing the latest digital technologies and applying the highest safety standards. Responsible for production material balance，raw/aux material procurement and warehousing, hazardous chemical/wasters logistics and storage to ensure a safe and reliable operation. 在生产经理的领导下，负责装置的生产物料平衡、化学原辅物料的采购协调及入库，危险化学品及危废化学品的物流仓储等，确保装置安全稳定运行。 Main Tasks   Hazardous chemical materials logistics management for cluster hazardous warehouse (class A). Hazardous wastes interface coordination with TERU/WWTP/Third Parties. Responsible for raw/auxiliary chemicals procurement coordination and warehousing. Develop production related forms/reports regularly based on fresh data, e,g. budget/cost forms/reports. Support supply chain for planning concepts, OMP, data synchronization and transparency. Reconcile and solve production meter deviations during production, loading and unloading. Manage well production tools such hazardous gas detectors (GDS), temporary hoses, locks and keys, etc. Support production auditing work to ensure positive audit results. Support the team on other initiatives as a coordinator and reporter. Support benchmarking and control of BASFs Production-, Process- and Asset-KPIs. Practical knowledge in MS Work, Excel and Power Point and Excel. Oral English and Knowledge of Mandarin is a plus. 巴斯夫正在广东省湛江市积极建设其新型一体化基地。该基地于2018年7月宣布筹建并于2019年11月正式启动，是巴斯夫迄今为止最大的海外投资项目，至2030年投资总额高达100亿欧元，由巴斯夫独立建设运营，建成后将成为巴斯夫在全球的第三大一体化生产基地，仅次于德国路德维希港和比利时安特卫普基地。

新一体化基地将包括一个可年产100万吨乙烯的蒸汽裂解装置以及多个面向消费市场的下游产品生产装置。通过采用尖端技术，全面落实智慧生产理念并遵循最高安全标准，该基地将成为智能化与可持续生产的典范。

巴斯夫湛江一体化基地将分期进行建设。首套装置已于2022年9月正式宣布投入运营。另一套生产热塑性聚氨酯（TPU）的装置将于2023年投入运营，从而满足华南地区及整个亚洲市场多个增长行业的客户需求。整个基地预计将于2030年建成。
