电气工程师 职位描述1. Take on project-based electrical engineering responsibilities and support project managers to complete engineering designs within budget and schedule;负责项目电气工程，并支持项目经理在预算和进度内完成工程设计； 2. Supervise electrical panel assembly and FAT; 监督电器面板的装配和验收测试； 3. Produce standard documentations and MTO of electrical system, such as lighting , earth diagram, lightning, cable schedule, load list etc.; 制作符合石化、化工和国际标准的电气系统过程文件和料单，例如 照明，接地图，避雷，电缆表，负荷清单等； 4. Engage client and vendors on technical discussions and clarifications, produce work packages for procurement, fabrication and installation; 具备和客户的沟通能力，以及管理分包商的能力, 并给采购部门准备采购以及询价所需要的文件; 5. Perform electrical site supervision and commissioning work; 项目的现场管理以及试车； Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in electrical engineering; 教育：电气控制相关专业本科学历； Working Experience: Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in design institute or EPC engineering company for chemical industries; 工作经验：至少有3年以上在化工行业设计院或工程总包公司的工作经验； Technical & Professional Knowledge: 技术和专业知识： 1. Working knowledge of electrical (motor control center, VSD etc) 相关的马达控制中心，变频器知识的知识 2. Familiar with lighting, earth and Lightning design. 熟悉照明，节点和避雷系统的设计. 3. Good knowledge in both local and international codes, standards and regulations; 熟悉国内和国际规范、标准和法规 4. Experience in vendor engagement and technical evaluation; 能够与供应商进行技术澄清和沟通谈判； 5. Proficient in English ; 英文熟练; |
