电气维修经理 职位描述BASF is currently building a new Verbund site in Zhanjiang, Guangdong province. Announced in July 2018 and officially commenced in November 2019, BASF Guangdong Verbund site project would be BASF's largest investment with up to US$10 billion upon completion and would be operated under the sole responsibility of BASF. The site would ultimately be the third-largest BASF site worldwide, and will be built into a role model for smart manufacturing and sustainable production by utilizing the latest digital technologies and applying the highest safety standards. Main Tasks: -Be responsible for the implementation of EHS policy, procedures and BASF Responsible Care codes of the site to ensure safety compliance, automation system security and Safety Instrument System fully complying with BASF procedures. -Develop and relevant plant E&I work instructions, alarm management procedure, automation security management procedure, SIS management procedure and/or Standard Maintenance Procedures based on BASF EHS policy and regulations. -Ensure training and compliances of safe job procedure, work permit system, EHS guideline, local and international rules and regulations to BASF team staff and contractors. -Cooperate with production and EHS departments, lead or support to identify unsafe conduct and conditions, risk assessment, accident/incident investigation, reporting, etc. Always ensure the employees and contractors in the safe work environment with proper PPEs, tools and facilities with safe job method. -Support the EHS review during operation, change implementation and project, collaborate and conduct process safety review etc. with stakeholders. -E&I Management -Develop E&I maintenance strategy, spare parts strategy, PPM plan to integrate into entire maintenance management -Lead to implement PPM plan and record findings properly, especially ensure mandatory testing/calibration of SIS, custody metering instruments 100% completion -Ensure to perform alarm management and automation system security management based on BASF procedures. -Get involved in mechanical, electrical and instrumentation classification evaluation, analysis and finalization to define spare parts strategy -Participate in cause analysis of unexpected failure to develop action items to prevent reoccurrence -Participate BAP workshop to kill top X bad actors within specified time period -Attend daily morning meeting together with production people to review new work notifications and work order priority and required completion date -Work out E&I budget and merge it to entire maintenance budget -Follow site and plant TAR strategy, support site TAR team for plant level execution and reviewing of turnaround overhaul plan yearly, monthly and temporary shutdown repair plan, ensure electricity and instruments are not less repaired and over repaired -Lead E&I staffs to apply for technical material number, setup spare parts inventory stock in reasonable way -Develop E&I staff skills in trouble shooting, problem fixing. -Project and Commissioning & start up support (Project phase) -Leading E&I team to interface with Project team to ensure E&I maintainability of new facilities and coordinate any witness requirement for E&I on 'needed' basis -Leading E&I team to interface with Production team to develop E&I job pack on system commissioning and start up and lead task team to execute the package safely and effectively. -Leading E&I team to interface with site Engineer to develop maintenance strategy included E&I care strategy and spare part strategy and review Spare Parts and Interchangeability Review documentation -Leading E&I team to Interface with material management Coordinator on spare parts/special tools inspection, transfer and part preservation program. -As discipline experts to join site level reliability engineering program with team -Working with site to drive E&I maintenance related procedures development, review and approval. -Personnel Management and Technical Expertise Development -Demonstrate good leadership skills in holding employees and/or contractors accountable for their field safety and execution performance (scope compliance, cost, quality, efficiencies, etc.). Ensure the maintenance management are informed of major issues and safety concerns. -Build up 1st line E&I maintenance team to recruit E&I engineers/technicians. Liaise with site to deliver quality training. Prepare training modules for E&I team and carry out competency testing to the required standard. -Create high performing team. Coach, mentor and supervise direct reports. Steward employees' development. -Support sustainable BIG technical expertise development in the area of his discipline, lead and coordinate to promote best practices and effective use of the latest E&I knowledge. -Review and organize relevant experience exchange and share the best practices within BIG relevant stakeholders and E&I team for sustainable development and improvement on site E&I management. Requirements: -Bachelor degree above in technical, engineering, automation or chemical related -At least 10-year work experience in plant E&I maintenance of petrochemical -Profound Knowledge in E&I management, especially SIS management in petrochemical -Perfect Management Disciplinary skills to handle team and driving a continuous improvement process -Experience in Pre-commissioning, Commissioning and Start-up of petrochemical -Good at communication and teamwork -Strong Leadership skills -Fluency in English, both verbal and written 请时刻警惕任何可能的招聘欺诈行为!请注意,巴斯夫绝不会在任何情况下向候选人以任何形式收取任何费用。 |
