空分操作技术员

1.　　Work closely with shift operators and engineers to take charge of the daily operation of the plantincluding process adjustment, pipeline delivery systems, product quality control, trailer Loading, Routine field /equipment inspection etc. Ensure the plant runs safely and efficiently.

与值班操作员和工程师密切合作，负责工厂的日常运作，包括工艺调整，管道输送系统，产品质量控制，拖车装载，日常现场/设备检验等。确保工厂安全高效运行。

2.　　Lead the shift operators for plant Startup /Emergency Shutdown / emergency response, Trouble-shooting etc.

领导值班操作员进行工厂启动/紧急关闭/紧急响应，故障排除等工作。

3.　　Assist maintenance Engineers to implement Preventive Maintenance.

协助维修工程师实施预防性维修。

4.　　Assist the production supervisor to manage the safety of contractor or visitors.

协助生产主管管理承包商或访客的安全。

5.　　Holding safety meetings and performing safety audits (including APSAM, SIP, BSP,5M, safety action training and so on) and writing safety reports.

召开安全会议，进行安全审核(包括APSAM, SIP, BSP,5M，安全行动培训等)，撰写安全报告。

6.　　Acting as a safety Permit issuer to issue the Safety permits, manage field safety /maintenance safety /construction safety etc.

作为安全许可证的签发者，签发安全许可证，管理现场安全/维修安全/施工安全等。

7.　　Keep good communication with customer for closely cooperation. Work closely with logistics, customers, local operation team, GSSM team, OTS team, commercial team etc.

与客户保持良好的沟通，密切合作。与物流，客户，本地运营团队，GSSM团队，OTS团队，商务团队等紧密合作。

8.　　Lead the new operator training / the plant operating procedures etc.

领导新员工培训/更新工厂操作程序等。

9.　　Keep &Audit control room and other working area clean and easier accessibility.

保持控制室和其他工作区域的清洁和易于进入。

10.  This position holder shall be able to complete the plant start-up or shut down independently.

此职位持有者应能够独立完成工厂的启动或关闭。

11.  Have certain maintaining ability, timely complete some of the preventive maintenance task, MI work, troubleshooting and relevant equipment inspection independently, and then cooperating with engineers to finish major maintenance or TAR.

具有一定的维修能力，能独立及时完成一些预防性维修任务、MI工作、故障排除及相关设备检查，并配合工程师完成重大维修或TAR。

12.  Lead the plant productivity actions, SWIM development and minor project commissioning activities.

领导工厂生产力行动，游泳开发和小型项目调试活动。

13.  Be responsible for document management,  and control.

负责文件的管理、更新和控制。

14.  Follow the job arrangement of the company, complete the other tasks assigned by the Plant Manager.

服从公司的工作安排，完成工厂经理安排的其他工作。

15.  Acting as the plant management representative during the absence of plant management people.

当工厂管理人员不在时，作为工厂管理人员的代表。

16.  To exercise the power of shift leader and fulfill the duty of shift leader issued by company, in terms of safety management.

行使班组长的权力，履行公司下达的班组长在安全管理方面的职责。

JOB REQUIREMENTS

·　　Degree in Chemical engineering and other related majors.

·　　化学工程及相关专业毕业。

·　　At least 5 years working experience with a manufacturing company.

·　　至少5年制造企业工作经验。

·　　ASU experience /good safety knowledge /English ability would be preferable.

·　　有ASU经验/良好的安全知识/英语能力优先。

·　　Proactive, honest, teamwork and hard working

·　　Be enthusiastic and willing to learn.
